This painting was part of my "Words that Hurt" collection. This abstract portrait series explores the power of positivity as it covers collaged criticisms with uplifting phrases.
This portrait features words from my inner critic "You're not good enough". Those collaged words were then covered up leaving only remnants remaining. The positive words "Believe in Yourself" were written over the top.
